Your Mission:

In this role, you'll be the architect of our client strategy, onboarding and overseeing our most significant accounts and setting the standard for client engagement across the organization. You'll play a pivotal role in amina's growth, influencing product development, and shaping the future of EV infrastructure on a global scale.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term account strategies that align with amina's vision and our clients' evolving needs.

• C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders, becoming their trusted strategic partner.

• Revenue Acceleration: Identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities to significantly expand our market share and revenue streams.

• Team Development: As the company continues to grow, exciting opportunities may emerge for you to build and develop a team around you.

• Industry Influence: Represent amina at high-profile events, shaping industry discourse and establishing us as thought leaders.

• Business Intelligence: Leverage data analytics to forecast trends, inform product development, and guide company strategy.

Your Toolkit:

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Or relevant work experience.

• Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least French or German. Dutch is a plus!

• 10+ years of experience in account management/sales roles, with a proven track record of driving multimillion-euro accounts in either hardware or software.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex, high-value contracts and partnerships.

• Deep understanding of the energy sector, with specific expertise in EV charging or related cleantech industries.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence C-level decision-making.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally frequently.
